The Manage Quality module (accessible via the Dashboard) provides real-time analytics and spatial visualizations to monitor data collection progress and enumerator performance. It offers project managers a split-view interface to quickly switch between individual questionnaires and customized analytical reports.

Dashboard Overview

The Manage Quality dashboard is divided into two primary navigation tabs: Forms and Reports. This lateral menu allows users to efficiently search and select the specific dataset or report they wish to analyze.

Forms Analysis

When selecting a specific form from the list, the dashboard provides multiple built-in visualization tools to track submission quality and frequency:

  • Count by start time: A bar chart visualizing the frequency of interviews initiated over a timeline.
  • Count by end time: A bar chart visualizing when interviews were completed.
  • Count by submission date: Tracks the daily volume of data synced to the server.
  • Count by username: A bar chart identifying the top-performing enumerators based on their total submission counts.
  • Map of interviews: A geographic scatter plot (powered by Leaflet) displaying the GPS coordinates of where each submission took place, allowing managers to verify fieldwork locations.

Custom Reports

The Reports tab grants access to pre-configured R Markdown analytical designs and other customized statistics. Once a report is selected, the main view area dynamically loads the generated analysis via an embedded viewer, enabling deeper statistical verification of the collected data.

Search and Filtering

A quick-search bar is available above the sidebar list, allowing users to rapidly find specific forms or reports by name.
