The Manage Analysis module in RT-CPMS provides a comprehensive suite of tools for processing and visualizing your survey data. It is divided into two primary sections accessible from the global navigation sidebar: Analytics Dev and Analytics & Reports.

Analytics Dev

The Analytics Dev section is your centralized hub for creating and configuring new analysis designs. This is where researchers and data managers define how raw survey data should be processed and tabulated.

Key Features of Analytics Dev

  • Create New Designs: Use the prominent New Analytics + button to start building a new report template or analysis design.
  • Manage Existing Designs: The main grid provides a comprehensive overview of all your analytical models, displaying key metadata such as:
    • ID and Title/Description
    • Tags for easy categorization
    • Version tracking
    • Creation and update timestamps
    • Author information
  • Search and Filter: Easily locate specific designs using the built-in search and filtering tools on each column.
  • Quick Actions: View, edit, or delete specific designs directly from the action menu in the grid.

Analytics & Reports

Once an analysis design is created and run, the Analytics & Reports section is where you interact with the generated business intelligence (BI) output.

Key Features of Analytics & Reports

  • Report Navigation Sidebar: Quickly switch between different available reports using the dedicated left-hand panel.
  • Search and Filtering: Use the search bar or the “All analytics” dropdown filter to narrow down the list of reports.
  • Favorites: Mark important or frequently accessed reports as favorites for quicker access in the future.

Dashboard Integration

For quick oversight, the main Home Dashboard features a dedicated Reports tab alongside the primary Forms tracker. This tab provides immediate access to your reports right from the administrative command center, allowing you to seamlessly monitor both data collection progress and analytical outputs.
